Plugin is installed but is saying that it is not

If you are receiving the message "You do not appear to have the Plugin installed", you'll want to make sure that plugin is installed. Click on the following link for a guide on installing the extendedReach plugin: Installing the extendedReach Plug-In

If the plugin is already installed, there could be a few reasons why it is saying that the plugin is not installed:

1. It was already installed on the computer, and the computer was not rebooted yet -- Try rebooting the computer.
2. Antivirus software is stopping it from working -- Try disabling that.
3. Another browser plugin is stopping it from working -- Try a different browser.
