How to restore deleted activities or reports
You can restore deleted items such as activities, placements, and reports for cases and homes.
You will then receive a pop-up message asking if you would like to restore the record, click “Yes”.
Once you click on “Yes”, it will notify you that the file has been restored. You can either cancel out of that view or go directly to the restored file by clicking on “Take me to it”.
New timestamps will appear letting you know of who deleted the file as well as who restored in under the History section.
If a document has been deleted for more than 90 days, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org to restore the document for you.
