Explanation and Purpose of Family Web Access Tab
The Family Web Access section controls which provider types can be invited to the Family Website. In addition, it allows you to include inquires.
Family Web Security Level Requirements and Access
You must be an Agency Administrator to access “Administration” on the left side of your Workspace. Go to “Organization Settings” , click on “Organization Preferences”, and select the “Family Web” tab at the top of the screen and click on “Edit”.

Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Home types | These vary per agency. By checking the box next to the home type, you can invite these homes to your Foster Family Website. |
Options | These are agency-wide options you can select by checking the box next to the access concept. |
Send Invitations Automatically | Set at 7am Daily |
Allow Inquiries access to the portal | It’s advisable to leave this box un-checked |
