How can I get emails from extendedReach to come directly to my email inbox

If you have used this tool: and received a red message that your email domain does not support forced TLS, you will have to log into the extendedReach SecureLine Message Escrow service to read the contents of your message.  

You could contact your IT department and ask them if they are able to make any adjustments on their end.  The tool offers a link to a free consultation with LuxSci on how to improve your email domain results, and your IT department may choose to meet with LuxSci to discuss this.

Once your email domain gets the green “LuxSci supports forced TLS with this domain” result in the tool, you should be able to receive emails directly to your inbox without going through the extendedReach SecureLine Message Escrow service.
